Hi there everyone, its been quite a while since I updated a journal and AGES since I had to actually write one of the stupid 'rules to use my stock' but after adding a new rule the other day and having it frequently broken I'm going to put it here for all to see JUST IN CASE they miss it on the photo description

RIGHT THE RULES TO USE MY STOCK ARE

When you use a photo that has come from my gallery, you are to in your photo description, credit me AND the photo that you used so i.e Photo was from : devdeaths-stock : and the actual photo is : thumb144000645 : (You just dont have the spaces to make them actual links)

You MUST credit me, and the only way I'll accept you doing that is by you going to the actual photo you have used and leave me a comment, just say something like, *I have used this photo here link * thats it, thats all you have to do, so please no notes, don't leave me a comment on the front page, I want it done like that because its easier for me to keep track of and it wont get lost over time

Use of my photos in Prints, your welcome to use them, but if you somehow manage to make millions, well it would be nice if you threw me a fiddy lol

To use off deviantart, you can do what you like with it off site but you must be an active member HERE before I'm going to let you put my photos on another website, you must also send me a link of where its going, and credit me on the site as well.

If you want to use a photo I have for commercial use, I want a print sent to me. I think its fair enough if your going to be making a bit of cash that I get a small token in someway or another so a print will do me just fine.

I don't have a problem how you use my photos except for the ones with Liz or Brooke in them, the rest if you get off making demonic photos go for your life, I'm not going to stop you in how you choose to make art, I also understand that not everyone is amazing with photoshop and a lot of people who provide stock refuse to allow the photos if subtle changes are made, I used to be one of those people trying to make photoshop art so I understand and you can use my photos for whatever manipulation you like.

Ok this rule is very important if you like a photo so much your going to download it, then you FAVOURITE THAT PHOTO. It is a small price to pay since you dont pay anything for the photos I provide, if your going to take a photo I've photographed. Its pretty much to me a bit of recognition that you like the photo and not only have a copy on your personal computer but your also willing to let other people see it if they go through your favourites.

Ok well I'm pretty sure thats about all...PLEASE follow the rules, I dont want to be a bastard and tell someone to take a photo down because they were to ignorant to respect someone who has taken the time to get them the materials to help them make art and give them exposure.
